We have partnerships in our name for a reason. We’re a business that puts people first — our relationships are close, open and honest. We work hard to build trust from day one, and by treating every impression like it’s a first impression. This is one of the reasons why we were awarded Residential Property Developer of the Year 2025.

That approach has helped us earn our reputation: a solid history of delivering high-quality homes, built in collaboration with local authorities, housing associations and registered providers. We understand their needs — and we deliver on them. That’s why so much of our work comes from longstanding partnerships that last beyond a single development.

Their tenants are actively involved in the governance and scrutinising of the services they provide. Their involvement is key to Midland Heart improving services in line with their priorities and needs.
