Next Steps and Timetable

The aspiration is to submit a planning application as soon as possible. This is dependent upon:

  • Considering views received during the pre-application consultation process

  • Completion of technical studies

  • Preparation of technical reports and planning application


If planning permission is granted, it is expected that construction would take approximately 2 years.
