Existing Site

The 2.4 ha site is located on gently sloping land to the west of Austrey Road in the northern part of Warton village.

It lies outside of but is surrounded on three sides by the existing development. The land is currently used for agriculture and is bound to the east by existing homes, to the south by Warton allotments, to the west by fields and to the north by the recently completed development “The Elms”, a new development of 9 homes and an existing stable block.
